Vue I18n v9 and Vue I18n v10 has reached EOL and is no longer actively maintained.

IMPORTANT

When running npm install, v11 may appear as deprecated. This was a mistake when deprecating v9 and v10. v11 will continue to be maintained.

Vue I18n and related intlify packages has a lifecycle.
